About these terms
These terms govern your use of the Safe Within website and the services provided by Samira Lamriouat ("we", "us"). By booking a session or enrolling in a course you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.
Nature of the services
Safe Within offers psychology-informed coaching, ThetaHealing® sessions, and related courses. These are complementary practices and do not constitute medical, psychiatric, or psychological treatment in a clinical sense.
Our services are not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, please contact your GP, a crisis helpline, or emergency services immediately.
Bookings and sessions
Sessions are conducted online via Zoom. A booking is confirmed once you have received written confirmation from Samira.
Please ensure you are in a private, quiet space for your session. Sessions will not be recorded without your explicit written consent.
Cancellation and rescheduling
We ask for at least 48 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule a session. Cancellations with less than 48 hours' notice may be charged at the full session rate. Where possible we will always try to find a solution that works for you.
In the unlikely event that Samira needs to cancel a session, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule at no extra cost.
Payment
Payment terms will be confirmed at the time of booking. Packages are non-refundable once sessions have commenced, except in exceptional circumstances at our discretion.
Confidentiality
Everything discussed in sessions is treated with strict confidentiality. The only exceptions are situations where there is a risk of serious harm to yourself or others, in which case we may be required to act in accordance with our duty of care.
Intellectual property
All content on this website — text, images, design, and course materials — is the intellectual property of Samira Lamriouat and Safe Within. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content commercially without prior written permission.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Safe Within shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of this website or the services provided. Our total liability in any circumstance shall not exceed the amount paid for the relevant session or course.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
